Selangor FC will face Penang FC in the final match of the Super League 2022 at the  Bandaraya Stadium tonight at 9PM.

This tie will determine our position in the league, as well as our opponent in the TM Malaysia Cup 2022 competition which will begin soon.

According to the team's Head Coach, Tan Cheng Hoe, the current situation of the Panthers is not seen as an advantage for the Red Giants.

"The change of Head Coach that happened recently in the opposing team is not an advantage because I am sure the players of Penang FC also want to prove something, especially since they are playing at home tonight. They also want to qualify for the TM Malaysia Cup competition. What is important is I want the players to focus until the last minute of the match," said Tan Cheng Hoe.

In terms of the availability of players for today's #LS22 match, the Selangor FC team has not yet been able to field Safuwan Baharudin who is still in the process of recovering from a 'mild traumatic brain injury', while Halim Saari is also in the process of fully recovering from his Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury (ACL).

In addition, the Red Giants will be without the services of Fazly Mazlan who is suspended for this match as he collected his sixth yellow card of the season in the previous match.
